Our sourcing - sustaining the world around us

We only use the fines quality salmon and sustainably sources line-caught yellowfin tuna to avoid by-catch

Keeping it local

Wasabi's roots grew out of fresh food market in London and we keep this heritage at the heart of our vegetable sourcing policy - for the freshest taste and least food miles, it has to be local

Our food

Fish is high in Omega-3, protein and low in fat. Edamame beans are a "Super Food* - rich in calcium, iron, zine and vitamin B.
Our sushi rolls are wrapped in "Nori which is naturally high in vitamins A, B and C. Green tea is said to reduce the risk of heart disease as it is high in antioxidants and great for the skin 100.

Our packaging - 100% sustainable

As with all things Wasabi, we like to keep our packaging as simple and effective as possible which includes insisting on everything being environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable.
