Wasabi & well-being
The health benefits of sushi are clear as it originates from Japan, where life expectancy is one of the highest in the world. So why exactly does Wasabi and well-being go hand in hand?
Our sourcing - sustaining the world around us
We only use the finest quality salmon and sustainably-sourced line-caught yellowfin tuna to avoid by-catch.
Keeping it local
Wasabi’s roots grew out of a fresh food market in London and we keep this heritage at the heart of our vegetable sourcing policy – for the freshest taste and least food miles, it has to be local.
Wasabi & well-being
We make our sushi from scratch every day using only the freshest and finest ingredients. All sushi is freshly prepared in the morning and none is held over until the following day.
Our food
Fish is high in Omega-3, protein and low in fat. Edamame beans are a ‘Super Food’ - rich in calcium, iron, zinc and vitamin B. Our sushi rolls are wrapped in 'Nori' which is naturally high in vitamins A, B and C. Green tea is said to reduce the risk of heart disease as it is high in antioxidants and great for the skin too.
Our packaging – 100% sustainable
As with all things Wasabi, we like to keep our packaging as simple and effective as possible which includes insisting on everything being environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable.
